Coffee is in Jeff’s blood, yes, literally. A Hamilton homeboy, Jeff worked in the busy London hospo space before moving back onshore where he honed his craft as the owner of a thriving ‘Coffee Guy’ franchise.

After a decade of keeping inner Hamiltonians humming on his brew, Jeff saw the opportunity to make his mark on the local café scene, and he took it.

Today the cosy French Tart Café is building a reputation for exemplary coffee, cakes and customer service under his watch. When not supplying local coffee addicts, Jeff enjoys riding his beloved Triumph Speedmaster motorbike or playing the blues on his fender guitar.
